Mumford & Sons with Birdy in Brave’s Soundtrack
“Learn Me Right” is a brand new song for Pixar’s movie “Brave” performed by Birdy and Mumford & Sons.
Birdy is a 16 year old British singer/songwriter, and you probably know her for the Bon Iver’s cover she did. Even though I don’t like that much people who do covers, I have to admit that this girl has a great voice and she fits perfectly in the Disney’s song melody type.
It’s easy to like anything that Mumord & Sons do, and since the first seconds of the song, you can tell right away that this is one of their songs and a very good one. The acoustic guitar and banjo layering make an amazing folky upbeat sound that just goes along perfectly with the movie. And frankly you gotta love the instrumentation, it’s just awesome.
The movie is amazing and the song as well, so I sure as hell admit that it all was perfectly done.
